Oli des Mirant extra virgin olive oil is made from Arbequina olives grown in Mallorca. The olives are picked by hand when just ripe and then cold-pressed in the "Son S'oliera Catiu" oil mill.

Extra virgin olive oil

Analysis of Oli des Mirant: in two tests on two different days, one day at a temperature of 18° and another at 24°C, both sensory and tactile sensations remained fairly constant.

The oil meets the required quality standards for the OD Oli de Mallorca (official Mallorcan Olive Oil Certificate). The official tasting panel of the Department of Agriculture of Cataluña determined that the oil has no defects and presents a balanced fruity flavour with a touch of spice.

- The acidity is 0.1.
- Current production is limited and the oil comes in boxes of 12 labelled half-litre bottles, cans and boxes, also in quarter pints.

Clear golden colour with elegant shades of green.
Silky and smooth to the fingers. The sensation remains on the palate without any astringency.
Intense, fruity, discreet aroma of freshly cut grass.
Balanced, soft and sweet but with a hint of bitterness and discreetly spicy aftertaste, typical of Arbequina olives harvested when quite green.

The extra virgin olive oil from Mallorca
